Major Sponsors

GV BRaIN was initiated in 2007 to give the business, rural and industrial communities of the Goulburn Valley an opportunity to network and access information through functions and events. The network also endeavoured to encourage people to do their business locally and to give local businesses an opportunity to promote themselves.

GV BRaIN is a local networking group that provides access to:
• Relationship building
• Leadership
• Knowledge
• Business promotion

It does this by coordinating four major networking events each year. The events are attended by 200 to 300 people and will have a high profile, entertaining and informative speaker.

Committee
The GV
BRaIN committee comprises representatives of businesses throughout the Goulburn Valley, as well as the Greater Shepparton City Council. These representatives bring with them a wide variety of skills that enable the network to effectively plan and manage its operations.

The inaugural annual general meeting for Goulburn Valley Rural and Industry Network (GV BRaIN) was held in Shepparton in December 2012.

At this meeting, Alan Rossignoli of Rossignoli Realestate was elected as President. A dynamic team will support Alan Rossignoli to deliver GV BRaIN events throughout 2013.

Simon Law as Treasurer, Rohan Sali will provide secretarial and coordination support and committee members Dale Thomson, Danny Barlow, Judy Black & Robyn Schischka.

Meetings of the GV BRaIN committee take place four times per year. These meetings are planning/debriefing sessions for upcoming and previous events.

The network committee makes recommendations regarding speakers, venues and sponsorship, and the Council coordinates the event.
